In today's market, your product or service is rarely without a strong competitor. Impactful design can be used as a differentiator in separating your product from the pack. Kilroy Media believes that your company's design should not be a stretch. It should be born out of the same thought process that the product or service itself is from. Our process is broken in to three phases to achieve an optimum design. Each phase plays a vital role in a successful design process wherein the client and agency expectations and commitments are fulfilled.
Research: The Research Phase can consist of design meetings, client office visits, customer interaction and interviews of client's employees. While your brand is your logo, your letterhead, and your website, it's also represented by your office interiors all the way to the greeting one hears when they call in to a client office. We value all this information as it is essential in allowing us to become emmersed in your company's culture and core brand.
Refine: During the Refinement phase, we focus on distilling the research performed in the opening phase into tangible design guidelines and principles. It is where the thoughts, feelings and emotional aspects of your brand are conveyed into the design. In the Refinment phase, we continually monitor your company's competitive landscape and evaluate how your potential design will perform in the market. We engage in comparative analysis to ensure that what we are building for our clients can elevate their product or service beyond its competition.
Reveal: The moment during which you reveal your new outward facing marketing content to the public is an important one. During this phase we ensure that, across all the different mediums (print, web, email marketing, etc), we embrace the new design and reveal it to your customer base in a way that shows both unity and precision. Delivering the new designs in a concerted effort allows your customer base to be enlivened by the change.
